Hourly rate model

For Ad-Hoc Support

Independent HR Consultant

For Ongoing HR Support

Starter

Up to 5 hours:  On-call advisory, basic compliance review, simple policy updates.

Growth

Up to 10 hours:  All Starter services + handbook revisions, recruitment process help, basic comp support 

Partner

Up to 20 hours:  All Growth services + strategic planning, investigations, performance coaching, comp benchmarking

For one-time HR need like launching a handbook or leading a training.

Custom Employee Handbook

 Tailored to Utah law, compliant with federal regulations, includes 2 revisions 

HR Compliance Audit

 Review of policies, practices, I-9s, personnel files, with a detailed report 

Compensation Benchmarkng

 Up to 10 roles, including market data, analysis, and pay band recommendations 


Onsite (or virtual) training workshop

 Harassment prevention, hiring legally, AI immersion,  or custom topic (up to 2 hours)

Great for small companies wanting to outsource HR without a full-time hire.

Small Business

5-25 Employees:  Full-service support: HR compliance, onboarding, templates, policy guidance, email/phone access 

Mid Sized Business

26-50 employees:  Includes custom onboarding workflows, leadership coaching, and document updates 

large sized business

51 + employees:  Tailored support, multiple stakeholders, strategic initiatives
